In the morning, after a hearty breakfast, our safari guide will pick you up from the hotel and drive you to Serengeti National Park via the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. As you enter this vast and iconic park, you’ll witness an awe-inspiring spectacle where thousands of wildebeests, zebras, and other herbivores journey across the plains in search of fresh grazing lands. The Serengeti’s diverse landscapes, from open savannahs to dense woodlands, are home to the Big Five, along with cheetahs, giraffes, hyenas, and a multitude of bird species. In the evening, you will be driven to Serengeti Serena Safari Lodge, where you can enjoy an exciting night game drive.

Begin your day with an early breakfast before descending into the magnificent Ngorongoro Crater, often described as the “Eighth Wonder of the World.” This UNESCO World Heritage Site offers one of the most spectacular game-viewing experiences on Earth. As you explore the lush crater floor, you’ll encounter majestic lions, graceful elephants, and vibrant flocks of pink flamingos shimmering along the crater lake. The scenery is simply breathtaking — from the towering crater walls to the open grasslands teeming with wildlife. Enjoy a delightful picnic lunch surrounded by the beauty of nature before ascending in the late afternoon. Spend the night at the luxurious Ngorongoro Serena Lodge, perched on the crater rim, offering panoramic views and an unforgettable sunset experience.

In the morning, after breakfast, you’ll drive to Lake Manyara National Park. This diverse ecosystem attracts a wide variety of mammals, birds, and other wildlife species. Manyara is renowned for its rare tree-climbing lions and offers excellent game viewing opportunities, with buffalo, impala, giraffe, bushbuck, waterbuck, hippos, and numerous elephants often seen near the lake. Keep an eye out for blue monkeys, vervet monkeys, and the active Olive baboon troops. Lake Manyara is a birdwatcher’s paradise, with large flocks of flamingos, circling birds of prey, and the brightly colored lilac-breasted roller. In the Afternoon you will drive back to Rahastays Apartment.
